The Annual 2024 Lock Haven Halloween Parade will be Saturday, October 26, 2024 beginning at 10:00 a.m. No preregistration necessary. Just join the fun between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. at N. Henderson Street in Lock Haven. All vehicles and floats must line up on East Water Street. Award for best appearing entries.

The parade will end at Triangle Park where free children’s games and refreshments will be available following the parade. Awards will also be presented.

In case of rain, and indoor party will be held at Eastside Fire Rescue on East Church Street (the former Hope Hose Fire Company.)

No political entries allowed.

Participating businesses will hand out candy, stickers, and more after the parade!
