The Window Decorating Contest is up and running & continues to December 20th! Only 3 days left!

Participating businesses will have their windows decorated in a holiday song theme. Everyone will get to vote for the best decorated window and guess the song themes for a chance to win a Downtown Lock Haven Digital Dollars Gift Card.
